Third Eye Market Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Kentucky Yoga Festival’s Third Eye Market. Our goal is to offer a variety of local foods and eco-friendly wares that support our vision of fostering a conscious community and caring for our planet. We aim to create a sustainable marketplace, integrating our vendors into the art, music, and energy of the festival space!

May 16 – 18, 2025

Required Vending Hours:
Friday:  10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday:  8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Guidelines

Check in:
You are welcome to arrive as early as 12:00 pm on Thursday May 15, 2025. All vendors MUST check in by Friday May 16, 2025 at 8:00 am. Late arrivals will be turned away without a refund.

Set Up:
All vendors spaces must be set up and ready to vend by 9:00 am on Friday May 16, 2025.

Camping:
Vendors may camp at the festival or stay in nearby accommodations. A designated camping area will be provided near, but not directly adjacent to, your vendor booth. There will not be space by your booth for a tent or vehicle. Vendors should plan to conclude activities and vacate the site by 6:00 PM on Sunday, May 18.

Security:
While the festival will provide security, vendors are responsible for their booths and goods. Please secure your belongings, especially when away from your booth.

Sound Systems:
Personal sound systems are not permitted.

Power:
Power is not provided for vendors. If you require power, please plan accordingly and bring a generator that operates below 60 decibels and/or is equipped with a baffle box to minimize noise.

Booth Supplies:
Please bring all necessary supplies for your booth. Venue can be windy so we recommend bringing tent stakes or cinderblocks to secure your canopies.

Disposal of Waste:
Vendors must use personal receptacles to store waste, including grease. Disposal of grease on event property is strictly prohibited. A tar mat must be placed under food preparation equipment. All food vendors are required to maintain the cleanliness of their booth space, which will be inspected after breakdown.

Kentucky Yoga Festival Name and Logo:
Unauthorized use or sale of materials containing the Kentucky Yoga Festival names and logos is strictly prohibited.

Beverages (alcoholic):
Vendors are strictly prohibited to sell or distribute any type of alcoholic beverage at this event.

Items to Be Sold:
Each booth space is limited to one vendor. Display of items is limited to those listed on the approved application. Food Vendors must provide a list of all food items to be sold and adhere to the approved list.

Sales Tax:
Vendors are responsible for all transactions, including the collection of Kentucky Sales Tax.

Counterfeit Merchandise:
The sale of counterfeit merchandise is strictly prohibited.

Liability:
Vendors participate at their own risk and food vendors must provide a copy of their food permit and insurance policy, listing Kentucky Yoga Festival as additionally insured, prior to arrival at the Festival. In case of inclement weather or other acts of God, vendors accept full responsibility for profits or losses, or any missing, stolen items, or damage to person or property.

Application Deadline:
The vendor application can be found here. Please submit your application by the specified deadline within the application.

Cancellation:
Written notification of cancellation of participation in the event with evidence of extreme conditions such as death or hospitalization must be submitted to the organizers no later than April 1, 2025 for a partial refund of 50%.

Damages:
If damage to public property/venue is incurred by vendor or representative participating in the event, he/she will be held liable for the repair or replacement of the damaged property. This applies to, but is not limited to, such items and areas as exterior fencing structures, trash cans, landscaping, tents and any other facilities or equipment.

Strict Enforcement:
A monitoring committee continually enforces during the event the rules of Kentucky Yoga Fest as set forth in this agreement. Violation of the rules will result in immediate ejection from the event with no refund (no exceptions). Violation of the outlined rules will also result in the exclusion from future Kentucky Yoga Festival events. 

Vending Costs

Food Vendors:
We will be strictly limiting the total number of food vendors and will be charging $400.00 per booth for all 3 days. No commissions will be collected and cash sales will be exchanged and managed by your booth alone. Please note that in an effort to support local food vendors, they will get first priority.

Craft & Merch Vendors Fee:
10 x 10 – $300 – includes 2 ticket
10 x 20 – $400 – includes 2 tickets
