Welcome to Ahu Lani Sanctuary

Ahu Lani in Hawaiian means “Temple in the Heavens.” Nestled in a private 24-acre native Hawaiian Ohia and Koa forest, this eco-retreat center offers breathtaking ocean and mountain views, serenity, and space to tune into your intuition. From ancient Hawaiian forests to sacred volcanic landscapes, you’ll find peace, beauty, and inspiration everywhere you look.

There are both single and double occupancy rooms available on a first reserved basis. Refer to the retreat form for details on specific rooms.

Dining Accomodations

Included in the retreat price are two daily meals. You are responsible for any meals not listed here. There is access to an on-site kitchen & refrigerator as well. 

Meet our chef, Cory, who brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion for health and cooking to our kitchen at the Island Adventure Retreat.

With a strong belief in the power of food as medicine, he is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality organic and regenerative ingredients, supporting local farmers and the environment in the process.

With a deep understanding of the connection between food and wellness, he is committed to creating menus that are both delicious and supportive of our retreat’s health and wellness goals.

He will be accommodating your dietary restrictions and allergies, while also educating us on the best ways to reach vitality through food.

Adventure Activities

Explore the Big Island’s majestic landscapes, from lush shorelines to fiery volcanoes. This retreat includes guided excursions designed to help you reconnect with nature and your inner self.

Travel Arrangements

You are responsible for your own airfare to and from the retreat. Passports are required! Arrival is on Sunday December 1st with our first scheduling activity at 6:00 pm.

Her innovative approach to integrating play into daily life has inspired countless individuals to explore creativity and connection through movement.

In addition to her work with PlayThink, Paige Zen has established herself as a dedicated yoga instructor and movement artist. She has led international retreats, such as the Mexico Adventure Retreat, where participants engage in transformative experiences through yoga and adventure. Her commitment to fostering personal growth and community connection is evident in all her endeavors, making her a sought-after facilitator for those seeking to deepen their journey of self-discovery.

Amber Rose

Amber Rose is a professional dance artist, yoga instructor, and belly dance teacher based in Columbus, Ohio. With a passion for movement and holistic wellness, she has dedicated her career to guiding individuals on journeys of self-discovery and empowerment through the art of dance and the practice of yoga. Amber’s unique approach integrates traditional techniques with contemporary insights, fostering a nurturing environment for personal growth and transformation.

As a co-facilitator of the Island Adventure Retreat, Amber collaborates with Paige Zen to offer participants an immersive experience that blends island exploration with inner exploration. Through curated activities such as dance workshops, yoga sessions, and authentic connection exercises, Amber aims to help attendees deepen their relationship with themselves and others.
