Accomodations
Camping is included with KY Yoga Fest admission. For those not interested in camping, there are additional options for lodging. You may find more information HERE.
Food
Food vendors will be onsite providing: coffee, crepes, smoothies, and other scrumptious treats. Be sure to stop in and check out what they have to offer!
Facilities
We host normal bathroom facilities and well maintained porta-potties. We suggest bringing a solar shower for personal use. There is a spigot on site to fill your shower bags.
Ice
There will be ice sales onsite daily so that you can replenish your cooler as needed.
If not sold out, tickets will be available at the gate. Bring confirmation receipt to the front gate for admission.
Gates open at 4 PM, Thursday May 15, 2025. No one will be allowed on premises until this time. Campers need to leave the property by 6 PM, Sunday, May 18, 2025 . Gates are open 7 AM – 10 PM daily. If you show up past 10 PM, you will not be able to enter Kentucky Yoga Fest grounds.
*** We ask that attendees be responsible for themselves & respectful of all KY Yoga Fest attendees. Although there will be loud music & late night fun, this is an event focused on community & growth. ***

6 Easy Rules
Follow these 6 easy rules for the best experience…
Wear your Wrist Band
All attendees must wear a KY Yoga Fest wristband, issued at greeter station, upon entry. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event. Anyone without a wristband will be escorted from the event. Anyone possessing a wristband, altered in any way, will be ejected without a refund.
Don't Bring Glass
Please be respectful of the venue grounds that we are using and the other attendees of the event by not bringing glass products. Broken glass & bare feet don't mix. Please leave all glass at home.
Leave No Trace
If you pack it in, pack it out! Whatever you bring in, you must take out, including garbage. There will be no garbage receptacles, or dumpster, to dispose of things. It is your responsibility to clean your camp area, and leave it in the same (if not better) condition, as when you arrived.
Celebrate Others
To promote a healthy & family friendly atmosphere, we ask that you leave the judgement at home and celebrate how similar we all are!
Parental Guidance
Anyone 17 and under, arriving without an adult will be turned away at the gate. Ages 16 and up will be charged for an adult ticket. Ages 8-15, will be charged for kids tickets. Children 7, and under, are free.
Make Pet Arrangement
Please leave pets at home, or schedule a stay at a local kennel. If pets are not service animals, you will be turned away. No exceptions.

KY Yoga Festival is designed for lovers of life! There are activities for attendees of all ages, interests, & physical ability levels.
YES! We believe in families coming together and healing together. This is a place for all ages!
Only service animals are allowed.
No, we love spontaneity! You may choose to attend any workshop, even moments before it starts. There is no registration required.
You don’t need to buy a mat or props to enjoy the festival. A towel will work as a yoga mat in a pinch.
Many Instructors bring props to class for student use. The KY Yoga Festival community embraces sharing, and is often willing to share props in class.
Individual campfires are allowed in above-ground devices, like grills or portable fire pits. No ground fires are permitted. There will be a bonfire at night for everyone to enjoy.
Most people do not receive cell service in the area. Our venue does not offer internet service. With everything going on, you won’t miss your cell phone.
It’s absolutely okay. The festival site is set up to accommodate people coming and going. Feel free to come for an afternoon, leave for the evening, and come back! Check out ticket options here.
