Zoë Shepard Gilmore has been sharing the practice of Yoga since 2017 after graduating training at the Yoga and Wellness Centre. She has since completed additional training in Yoga for Breast Cancer, Trauma-informed Yoga, Senior Yoga, and Sound Healing. Her passion is holding trauma-informed spaces that inspire and empower folks along their healing journey.
