Align your body and mind for the day ahead! This class is intended to flow in movement with an emphasis on interesting transitions. Blocks are provided to help students make modifications to intermediate level asanas. Come join us and help lift the morning fog to begin our day!

Sensual Embodiment

This workshop is intended to creatively inspire students to bring more joy and confidence into their personal practice. We will fully express what it means to practice body positivity in our own skin, using our own loving touch and movement. This is feeling-yourself-yoga! Blindfolds are optional.
