Self to Soil: Embodying Sadhana in the World Around Us

What if your personal practice could ripple outward, weaving you more deeply into the fabric of community and the earth itself? In this workshop, we’ll explore how sadhana—our spiritual practice—can move beyond the self, becoming a source of connection and collective healing. Through guided meditation, reflective exercises, and earth-honoring rituals inspired by Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects, we’ll walk the spiral of transformation together.

This workshop is an invitation to root yourself in the web of life, open your heart to the grief and beauty of the world, and step forward in service to something greater. You’ll leave with deeper clarity, renewed purpose, and a felt sense of belonging—to yourself, to each other, and to the living earth.
