Basic of Yang Tai Chi for Beginners

An introduction to the world renowned Yang family style Tai Chi through the Yang 24 form. The opening of this 24 posture form will focus on lower body balance through strengthening of the lower body stabilization muscles and tendons along with body awareness. This form is excellent as a meditative practice as well as a basic low impact physical therapy and conditioning for all levels of health and fitness. We will begin with light breath work and move into the first few postures of the form to be executed with the breath work.
