Adrienne Glenn

As a dancer and dance instructor in her 20s, Adrienne has always found herself deep in movement. After multiple injuries, she found a home in yoga where she could repair her body with peace and ease. Her yoga journey was sporadic (as many of ours often are) yet continual, and in 2022 she embarked on a yoga teacher training with Authentic Yoga Teacher Training in MontaƱita, Ecuador. After receiving her RYT 200, she has been teaching various workshops, guiding students through yin, gentle and fiery vinyasa flows at OM8 Collective and teaching on the beach in MontaƱita at Casa del Sol – the magical place where she was gifted the knowledge to guide others on this magical path that is yoga. Adrienne’s personal yoga style and focus is often on the restorative, but with a deep appreciation and background in Ashtanga, building power, flexibility and strength through steady consistency is an essential part of her guidance.

Moon Flow

This yoga flow will stretch, strengthen and relax you as we honor the moon and its cycle. Moving in mandala fashion around the mat, we will explore Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation) which stretches and strengthens the spine, hamstrings, backs of legs and stomach muscles. It also balances the functioning of the circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems. In this flow we will channel the lunar energy – which has cool, relaxing, and creative qualities.

Detox Flow

Purify your body, mind and spirit as we move through this juicy detox flow, designed to twist bend and stimulate your organs. This flow can energize, improve circulation and support the body’s natural detoxification system.
