Rona Dixon, is a seasoned health and wellness leader, certified Spiritual Wellness Coach, trained Public Health Educator, and 200-hour Yoga Instructor with over 25 years of experience. She is the founder of Ro & Co., a wellness company dedicated to empowering women, families, and communities through accessible and culturally relevant self-care practices.
Her work includes Road Trip to Wellness, a podcast that inspires women and people of color to discover practical health solutions through engaging conversations and shared stories.
With a passion for promoting mental health and equity, she leads trauma-informed and mindfulness-based initiatives in her community, creating inclusive spaces for healing and growth. A lifelong learner, she holds a Worksite Wellness Specialist certification through the National Wellness Institute and completed a fellowship through the University of Michigan.
In addition to her work with Ro & Co., Rona serves as the Manager of Wellness & Health Equity at the Centers of Wellness for Urban Women, where she develops and implements wellness initiatives to uplift and support urban women and families.
