Personal Core Values - building the aligned life
Personal core values or “fundamental beliefs” are the foundation of who we are and how we show up in the world. They are relatively stable throughout our lives and consistently show up in all of the roles that we play day to day. We all have them, whether we are overtly aware of them or not.
When something feels ‘right’ to us, or aligned – we are relying upon those subconscious core values to help us feel good about a decision. Alternatively, when something feels ‘wrong’ or off – a core value may have been violated – leading us to the conclusion that a decision is not right for us.
In this highly hands-on workshop, attendees will be taught practical steps for identifying their personal core values. This exercise and the resulting clarity about what makes us ‘tic’ helps in decision making, boundary setting, and ultimately, aligning all facets of life authentically with who we are.
