
Megan Ford
Megan is a teacher of various forms of movement including yoga, pilates, sound healing and ecstatic dance. Megan believes that movement is medicinal to the soul and encourages yogi’s to explore and discover what intuitive movement does to create freedom in the body and mind. Megan loves to inspire her students to take up space in the world, make some noise and find comfort in the radically authentic being that we are.
Rise & Align
This workshop is designed to begin the festival day with morning rituals and movement. We will begin our practice in a silent mediation to honor the morning, our bodies and our time together. Yogi’s will be guided through a sequence of asanas intended to help us connect with ourselves and the day ahead. This practice is suitable for ALL levels of experience.
Divine Intuition & Flow
This session begins with a thought provoking meditation followed by a yoga sequence purposed to help us connect to our own individual needs and wants. Yogi’s will be encouraged to connect with their own creative movement and flow. As always, this class is suitable for ALL levels of experience, modifications will be provided to all postures and poses.
