Hi, I’m Lindsey Beitz, and I firmly believe we should all be living the life we love!
I talked about getting my 200 RYT training for years, so in 2024, I finally did it, and it has changed my life in so many positive ways. Spending almost two decades in the corporate world, I used to wear my busy bee status like a badge of honor, but yoga transformed that mindset, teaching me how to be present and grounded. I practice daily and have experienced firsthand how yoga fosters inner strength, balance, and a deeper connection to mind and body. Being on my yoga mat is where I truly feel at home.
As a trauma-sensitive certified teacher, I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe and comfortable in your body. Yoga offers healing, peace, and growth, but it’s also an incredible way to build physical strength, flexibility, and resilience. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or a challenge, my goal is to help you find what you need in your practice.
