Jessica Adkins is a 200HR RYT, Level II Reiki practitioner, sound healer, and certified in NLP and CBT therapy. With advanced training in EMDR and IFS, she seamlessly integrates these psychological models into many of her classes, creating spaces for deep healing and personal growth.
As the author of Embracing the Shadows, Jessica is a dedicated shadow work coach and professional, guiding others to explore and embrace the hidden parts of themselves. She is currently pursuing her 300HR certification with a focus on Kundalini and Ayurveda under the mentorship of Jeannie O’Neil and Francine Rivera at Yoga Farm Ithaca.
Jessica specializes in Kundalini Yoga, Y12SR, Reiki-infused restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Her offerings empower individuals to access inner peace, transformation, and balance through practices rooted in mindfulness, spirituality, and trauma-informed care.
