5-Pose Flow Yoga” is a structured yet exploratory class designed to guide you through five poses. Start with a warm-up to prepare the body then a designated “yogi recess” for self-guided exploration. We get to practice together for a bit – then time to experiment with the five poses – allowing for personal expression and discovery. This class balances guidance and freedom, inviting you to deepen your practice in a way that feels unique to you. With only 5 poses your brain and body knows there to go next. Time to flow!
