Paddleboarding Yoga 101
This class is great for those who have never been on a paddleboard or never have done yoga on a paddleboard. We’ll do a gentle flow and provide several options to try out on the board. The class will include a quick intro to paddleboarding and then we’ll hop on boards and do a quick flow.
Sound Bath SUP
Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of Kentucky nature, the soft sounds of birdsong, the sweet perfume of wild blooms and pine, as you embark on a transformative journey with our SUP Sound Bath. This one-of-a-kind wellness experience combines the calming element of water and therapeutic sound healing, inviting you to unwind and find a sense of bliss as you float upon a paddleboard. Soak in the soothing frequencies as you are guided through a heart centered meditation, allowing the gentle ripples of the water to lull you into a state of tranquility. This sound bath incorporates a variety of instruments such as singing bowls, crystal pyramid, rainstick, chimes, gong, tongue drum, handpan, and more to re-calibrate the body’s energy field; it is like an internal soothing massage for both the body and the mind. Feel the vibrations penetrate and reverberate through your tissue and bones, helping to release any tension, pain, or heaviness that you may be holding onto, creating a sense of balance and safety within. No experience is required—just bring an open mind and a willingness to relax and dissolve into the sounds.
Sunrise SUP Salutations
Sun Salutations, or Surya Namaskar, are a series of yoga poses that greet the rising or setting sun. They are a beautiful way to connect with the elements and energize your body and mind. With each movement, you’ll feel the sun’s warmth on your skin, and the gentle swaying of the board adds an extra dimension to your practice.
